🎊To nye udnævnelser i Telenor Danmark🎊 Det er altid en fornøjelse at hente stærke kræfter udefra. Derfor er vi glade for at byde velkommen til Mikkel D. Brusgaard, der er vores nye Head of Business Market i Telenor Danmark. Med en stærk baggrund fra Nets og tidligere erfaring fra telebranchen skal han nu spille en vigtig rolle i at udvikle og optimere Telenors erhvervsforretning. Og et velkendt ansigt på gangene i Telenor har også fået ny titel. For over 16 år siden startede han i Sonofon Kundeservice, og nu kan Martin Yepes Ravn kalde sig Head of Channels. From starting out in Telenor’s Trainee Programme to navigating the complexities of cybersecurity amidst geopolitical uncertainty, Wiweke’s path has been about more than just climbing the ladder—it's been about making a tangible difference. Her impatience to lead isn’t about ego; it’s about urgency. “The environment that Telenor operates in is a fast-changing one. We need to be ready to pivot if that’s what is required to align with the needs of our customers,” she shares. What stands out is her balanced approach to leadership: combining speed with thoughtfulness, action with listening. Her willingness to surround herself with diverse perspectives and have frank conversations is a powerful reminder that leadership is a continuous learning process.
