Law Practice

The world's foremost organization dedicated to enforcing the civil rights of the Jewish people via impact litigation.

About us

The Lawfare Project is the world’s foremost organization dedicated to enforcing and protecting the civil and human rights of the Jewish people via strategic legal action. Through the courts, we aggressively fight discrimination and antisemitism wherever we see it. Our goal is to achieve justice for the Jewish community while punishing and deterring acts of Jew-hatred. Our clients include, among others, Jewish students and professors facing antisemitic discrimination and harassment on campus, Jewish professionals experiencing severe and institutionalized antisemitic hostility in the workplace, and Israeli individuals and entities targeted with commercial discrimination in relation to the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) campaign. The Lawfare Project is a qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt and registered nonprofit organization.
