  • Trying to keep on top of your to-do list as a planner 😂... But for real.. One of the BIGGEST skills you need as an event planner is organisation So here's our top tips for staying organised (without the post-its!) 1. Write to-do lists daily that you can check off. We prefer to do this digitally, as we're saving paper 🌱 but also it helps to have this on-the go on our phones 2. Have separate easy-to-access folders on your laptop 👩🏼💻 We have a folder for "Past Events" and "Upcoming Events" 3. Always save new revisions of budgets or invoices as v1,v2, etc. And keep any old budgets in a separate "Old Budgets" folder - don't get them confused! 4. Prioritise your tasks! 📝 5. Try to set time blockers throughout the day ⏰ 6. Make sure you prioritise health and excercise Without this, you'll get burnt out and even more confused! Do you have any tips to add?   • The biggest reason people give for not changing careers: "I'm scared that it won't work out" 😥 Now let's take airline pilots as an example: If pilots let fear or panic override decisions the situations could end up being catastrophic Well YOU are the pilot of your own life.. 🛩️ And sometimes, it takes a split decision a whole load of uncertainty and a tonne of fear to get to your end destination..
