  • As good neighbors, we are continuing our steadfast commitment to serve the people of Altadena in the wake of this tragedy in the best way that we know how. We designed the Altadena Resident Impact Survey (ARIS) to document the individual and collective truth of the experiences, opinions, hopes, and feelings of this beloved community. This highly-detailed, pro bono, public interest survey has already attracted nearly 500 respondents in our first week. We are on track to collect many more Altadenans surveys before we publish what we learn in a report, free of charge, to the public. If you are an Altadena resident, please consider completing the survey at: https://lnkd.in/gwiy3WKW #altadena #altadenastrong #eatonfire #losangelescounty

LA County Supervisor Hilda Solis dropping in to thank Fraternal Order of Eagles 719 Altadena for their efforts to distribute aid in the immediate community of Altadena in the aftermath of the Eaton Fire. This is probably the only operational aid within the city of Altadena right now, as the Eagles aerie is located on the southernmost border (intersection of Woodbury and Los Robles). I'm over here right now volunteering, as I will be for most of this week since our business will remain involuntarily non-operational for the immediate duration. This aid distribution point has bottled water, clothing for everyone, baby care and food goods, and canned goods and toiletries available daily in Altadena between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m... Los Angeles County Department of Public and Social Services will also be here in the coming days to assist Altadenans to connect with aid. Please help us spread the word. #DenaStrong #Altadena #EatonFire
