Yesterday, part of a major federal division involved in rape prevention funding was gutted, and the director of another major office for sexual and domestic violence services funding was just placed on leave. We need YOUR help to let members of Congress know how important these services and funds are to the communities we serve!

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Sexual violence impacts us all, but together, we can create change. This April, join us in challenging harmful norms and taking action to build a safer future. Follow the National Sexual Violence Resource Center, the Minnesota Coalition Against Sexual Assault, and the Sexual Violence Center for more events, facts, and ways to get involved. And if you happen to be wearing teal today (which is the official color of sexual assault awareness), take a pic and tag us!

Nationwide, only a third of domestic violence service agencies provide free legal representation. Tubman is proud to be one of them. Thanks to funders like the F.R. Bigelow Foundation, who have been supporting our work since 1988, we're able to assist over 3,000 people per year via our legal advocacy and representation services. Thank you!
