Burnout isn’t just about high caseloads or long hours—it’s also about feeling disconnected from your work and its impact. At the SIREN National Research Meeting, our research highlighted how closed-loop referral technology significantly reduces burnout among social care professionals. Why? Because it provides visibility, accountability, and connection.
