Our mission is to Advocate and Promote the Interests of our Retail, Professional, and Community Members. Andrea Zimmerman: A Woman’s Passion for Women’s Health A Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, an entrepreneur, a wife, a mother of an adult son—but more importantly, a woman dedicated to help other women. Andrea is the powerhouse behind Harmoni Wellness, a women’s health clinic in Plymouth, Minnesota. With deep empathy for women’s health concerns, she believes every woman deserves to feel vital and beautiful at every stage of life. I met her at Wayzata West Metro Chamber's Women empowHer event. A Calling to Support Women: From the beginning of her career, Andrea has been deeply committed to women’s health. "I have always been passionate about women. My career is specialized in providing care—specifically around reproductive health and hormone changes—for women. I am a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Explaining all the options so a woman can make her own choices, and then supporting her, is what I love to do." Her journey has been one of dedication, learning, and advocacy, ensuring women receive the care and knowledge they deserve. A Life of Change, Growth, and Fulfillment: "Married my college sweetheart, had a gorgeous baby boy, and then moved all over the country to follow my husband's career for 25 years. We are settled in California now, and the baby is a young adult. Now, I travel to Minnesota to support my business at Harmoni Wellness. Providing menopause care to women is a much-needed service, and sharing the business with a friend I adore and a colleague I trust implicitly is a wonderful challenge. It feels like this new, empty-nest life is so fulfilling. I relish it!" Andrea’s journey reflects adaptability, resilience, and a deep commitment to making a difference in women’s lives. The Keys to Success For Her: "Flexibility, kindness, collaboration, persistence, and patience." Lessons for Her Younger Self: "Lift more weights, and believe in yourself. The unique qualities that you feel make you different from the crowd are strengths; lean into them and make them work for you. Don't ruminate over the past, get busy on the future." Empowering Women: "Find your lane as soon as you can and become the expert. Always lift up the women around you. And don't let anyone push your buttons—rise above!" As mothers and working professionals, women often put others first, leaving little time for themselves. Andrea’s message is clear: don’t let time slip away. There were smiles all around as we helped celebrate the opening of PickleX in Plymouth with a ribbon cutting ceremony yesterday 🏓🥳 The facility features six indoor pickleball courts as well as three event rooms for private events, equipment rentals, wellness classes and more. Congratulations, PickleX! We are excited to see pickleball playing opportunities expand for Plymouth residents and the surrounding community.
