Challenge:   Paraview needed a comprehensive website redesign that could handle their extensive content requirements while presenting a polished, enterprise-grade image. As said by Joe Alterio "Getting good at a tool is limiting your value only to the lifetime of that tool" Going forward, all new designers entering the profession will be using FIGMA AI features to build apps. The question is, how will they learn the craft? While AI tools like those in FIGMA can significantly speed up the design process and automate many tasks, they cannot replace the fundamental skills and understanding required to become a proficient designer. Managing #DesignOps for a multidisciplinary design team is challenging until you find the right balance between fun and eliminating fear. Enterprise clients struggle to visualize complex features through user stories and sitemaps. They require precise working prototypes that closely resemble the final product. In fact, they often forget they’re using a Figma prototype and not a coded version. This poses a challenge for prototypers and interaction designers to accurately simulate features. Following up my post about tackling tricky UX problems, here’s a 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 that brings it to life. When we took on the AirClub project, we faced a big challenge: Designing a platform that works smoothly for both fitness club members and wellness professionals. Clear, simple, highly functional ERP and modern, aesthetic client portal. And even more. Both parts should be responsive - support different screen and window sizes. Not an easy task for any designer, including me. It was a complex problem that could’ve easily led to overthinking. Instead, we stuck to what works best: 1️⃣-Stepped back 2️⃣-Broke the problem down 3️⃣-Focused on simplicity We sketched out a few straightforward solutions, keeping the user experience front and center. The result? An intuitive, clean interface that just works—for everyone. Need numbers?  📈Increased usability score from 41 to 94.  📈User onboarding + 56%.  📈Positive feedback from investors - 9/11. Sometimes, simplifying is the smartest move you can make. Ever find yourself simplifying complex problems?
