The General Officer/Senior Executive Service (GO/SES) Force Integration and Procurement Course prepares senior leaders to successfully oversee the procurement process, contracting and operational contract support across the Army enterprise with an emphasis on understanding the constitutional, statutory and regulatory basis for action.
Attendees become familiar with Army organizational roles, function and missions, especially at the Army Secretariat/Staff levels. Attendees become familiar with Army organizational roles, function and missions, especially at the Army Secretariat/Staff levels. They are also exposed to established force management processes, from the determination of force requirements through to the resourcing of requirements and the assessment of force utilization. The course examines alternative means of resourcing requirements to accomplish functions and missions.
