    "This summer when you go up into the mountains on the east flank of the Salt Lake Valley, you will begin to see volunteers at the trailheads and parking lots who will want to talk with you. They will want to know why you like to come into the Central Wasatch, how often you visit, and what do you actually do there. The Uinta-Wasatch-Cache…

    "This summer when you go up into the mountains on the east flank of the Salt Lake Valley, you will begin to see volunteers at the trailheads and parking lots who will want to talk with you. They will want to know why you like to come into the Central Wasatch, how often you visit, and what do you actually do there. The Uinta-Wasatch-Cache Nation Forest is one of the highest visited forest in the Nation and receives more visitors than all 5 National Parks within the state combined. These high visitor numbers, coupled with an expected population growth surge, means this study could not be more necessary!"

    The Houston Ship Channel Bridge Project is comprised of two landmark cable-stayed bridges across the Houston Ship Channel. The unique design of the bridges includes a pair of towers on a single mass foundation on each side of the channel that are built in phases but will be connected at the road deck once completed. The project also includes a composite deck steel superstructure for the cable stayed balanced cantilever main span, a conventional TX precast concrete girder bridge design for the…

The unique design of the bridges includes a pair of towers on a single mass foundation on each side of the channel that are built in phases but will be connected at the road deck once completed. The project also includes a composite deck steel superstructure for the cable stayed balanced cantilever main span, a conventional TX precast concrete girder bridge design for the approaches, and demolition of the existing structure.
