This was a great way to enrich my understanding of best practices for UXD and UI using content strategy and usability alongside fast-tracking deep understanding of the latest prototyping tools. GA helped me refine my approach to mental models, user journey maps, strategic content development, flow charts, & information architecture, prototyping in my everyday work. I loved the collaboration and exposure to different methods.
