How can freelancers balance multiple clients and projects?
Be very clear on expectations. It is often the case that it seems like projects will overlap too much, but one gets delayed, or a request by a client isn't urgent and can be deprioritized. We also have to be realistic that there are times in life we have to work exceptionally hard and other times when there's not much to do. Ride the waves with the joy of a surfer, not like someone afraid of the ocean.

How can you build trust and credibility when communicating change?
During the journey, demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning. While those initiating changes in the company possess extensive knowledge, they may not be aware of every process impacted by the changes. Consider every individual within the company as a potential teacher for the change manager. The change manager should perceive themselves as the one orchestrating necessary changes, adeptly navigating and making informed decisions based on the wealth of knowledge provided by the 'teachers.' This approach ensures staying on track towards the ultimate goal of successfully implementing the changes.

How can you challenge your team members to grow while providing support?
I ask people if they can think of alternatives. As examples: If they are upset with a colleague, I ask if they are sure their interpretation of an interaction is the only possible interpretation, or if they can think of another reason why the person said or did something other than the reason they're assuming. If the person sees only one way of doing something or is afraid of change, I ask them to sit with a new idea for a couple of days and let me know why those ideas could work.
