Project Led Zeppelin was a project designed to test an entirely new sales model and sales process at Mimeo.com, with the goal of applying some of the best practices of Predictable Revenue to our existing sales process. The accomplishments of the team included implementing a sales development team, moving the role of the quota carrying sales rep to a growth focused role with the support of a sales development team for new customer acquisition, implementing a marketing & data driven sales model…
Project Led Zeppelin was a project designed to test an entirely new sales model and sales process at Mimeo.com, with the goal of applying some of the best practices of Predictable Revenue to our existing sales process. The accomplishments of the team included implementing a sales development team, moving the role of the quota carrying sales rep to a growth focused role with the support of a sales development team for new customer acquisition, implementing a marketing & data driven sales model, re-building our CRM (Salesforce.Com) to do a better job working for our sales people and capturing more data about our customers and their needs during our sales process, developing sales playbooks to make our rep training experience more scale-able, and re-developing how our sales and service teams work to compliment each other.
This project was a success and has led to implementing the changes, successes, and best practices from this project into the entire sales force at Mimeo.Other creators
