    For 2023, I was selected as the chairperson of the Men Wear Pink of Oakland County where I supported the efforts of local businesspeople as we combined efforts to raise awareness and donations in the fight against #breastcancer! Dedicated to helping the American Cancer Society, each Men Wear Pink Ambassador commits to raising a minimum of $2,500 during 2023 and multiple businesspeople have joined to make a team effort including Men of Lake Orion and Men of Oxford as well as Team AIP that I'm a…

    For 2023, I was selected as the chairperson of the Men Wear Pink of Oakland County where I supported the efforts of local businesspeople as we combined efforts to raise awareness and donations in the fight against #breastcancer! Dedicated to helping the American Cancer Society, each Men Wear Pink Ambassador commits to raising a minimum of $2,500 during 2023 and multiple businesspeople have joined to make a team effort including Men of Lake Orion and Men of Oxford as well as Team AIP that I'm a part of here in Oakland County. We raised more than $100,000 in 2023 thanks to the efforts of MWP ambassadors.

I am helping out with instructing the younger students in Hup Kwon Do martial arts practiced within this dojang as I also move up in ranks. Hup Kwon Do features a mix of martial arts including striking, take downs and various holds utilizes to disarm or control an opponent. I was certified in July 2013. I achieved 2nd Degree Black Belt in May 2018.

    In the Hup Kwon Do system, I currently rank as a 2nd Degree Black Belt (ee-Don) at Master Tong's Martial Arts in Shelby Township. I have passed my Bo-Dan and Il-Dan tests to achieve this rank, which have involved speed breaks, brick breaks, sparring, and a weapons test. I also have achieved bo staff, sai and escrima stick certification.

    The Team Bank of America Spirit Award was given to employees who show their dedication to charitable events and causes throughout the year. I received this award based on serving as President of the Team Bank of America volunteer group and for our efforts in raising more than $25,000 for the Food Fight on Big Beaver.
