I reached a continuing education goal by passing two exams for the ITIL 4 Strategic Leader designation. The coursework focuses on the ITIL framework and methodology for setting strategy, planning, directing, and improving IT operations within a business. Many operational methods I use in IT service management follow the ITIL guidelines and principles. I like the ITIL approach as it is not technology-specific and focuses on value in service delivery.
