Your product roadmap is impacted by sudden market shifts. How do you manage scope changes effectively?
I support this statement. Also, I would recommend to re-define the whole concept of business agility around proper product definition. I am offering some templates to help you with the latter. https://www.keystepstosuccess.com/product-discovery-definition-workshop/

You're facing a stubborn software vendor on pricing. How will you break through the impasse?
Sounds like this post is about how a buying company can negotiate down pricing of a vendor. All and any ways to do comparative shopping, to see if there are any reasonable alternatives - are all good. However, just squeezing down a profit margin of a s/w development company is not always clever. You get exactly what you pay for. If you are 'making' them engage on bad terms, expect that, at some point, their support service may suffer or your will not be the first priority on their client list. Be fair. Do not look for cheap solutions. However, if a vendor is claims that they can build s/w in an agile way, check them on this claim by using: https://www.keystepstosuccess.com/2019/01/survival-list-to-vendor-selection-on-agile-projects/

Developers resist user feedback in software design. Can you bridge the gap and enhance user experience?
I may suggest to start cultivating real T-shaped (ideally, M-shaped) developers and the whole quality of interaction between developers and users will just go to the next level. How to do it? https://www.keystepstosuccess.com/2016/11/how-to-cultivate-t-shaped-developers/ Also, please consider fixing your internal language: https://www.keystepstosuccess.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/rand_fix_language.jpg

How do you measure the accuracy of your Agile story points?
If this sort of dysfunction https://www.keystepstosuccess.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/planning_poker_metrics.jpg rings the bell (and gives a cringe), please me a note directly, for more relevant content. Thanks, Gene
