“Greg is the consummate professional. He takes great pride in being technically proficient, customer focused, and helping the IT team excel. Greg manages a highly complex network on a college campus which is already difficult due to the number of unmanaged student devices. The fact that he manages this network single handedly is a testament to his proficiency. Greg has gone above and beyond to be available 24/7 to take lead on support issues. Greg is always mindful of the end users that he supports and strives to have a network that delivers high-quality services at all time. He personally spends time with faculty and staff who are experiencing issues to provide solutions that exceed expectations, but are also reasonable in terms of maintaining standards. Greg is quick to give support to the rest of the IT department and offers help when necessary. He has served on a number of campus committees on behalf of the IT department and is a respected professional on campus. He saved the college 10s, if not 100s, of thousands of dollars negotiating on behalf of the college. An accomplishment acknowledged by the President of the college. Goucher is very lucky to have someone of his caliber in his position.”

Based on current staffing model it was easy noted that we needed to look at options. We were already working harder and smarter which didn't leave many options. We decided to move to cloud platform to reduce the administration load. The was a smart move on our part as the benefit and ROI has really proved fruitful.

Awarded financial compensation from US Court
US Court
E.spire was in a tough position as it was filing bankruptcy. The courts spoke to the executive leaders and pulled 4 people (I was one) to help with the valuation analysis. We performed so well in providing the desired information to the courts that we were payed prior to creditors which is out of the norm. It was hard work, but it also kept us on longer then our other colleagues.
