    Work has included:

    • Identifying Overlooked PQLs — Using SQL and Metabase to join product and Hubspot data, identify B2C users who are Product Qualified Leads and sales should proactively reach out to about enterprise product.
    • Discovering Champions Who Moved Companies — Enriching user data from product to identify power users who moved companies but hadn’t updated accounts, allowing sales to leverage them as internal champions in the sales process.
    • Automating Outreach — Building sequences and workflows that automatically flag the highest value leads and either message them or notify sales team to reach out.
    • Event Strategy Optimization — Aligning sales and marketing, ensuring reps invite top prospects to industry-specific events and follow up with the most promising Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) following events.

    As a result, sales team is now booking an additional 20-30 qualified meetings a month with PM leaders at companies worldwide, from Meta and Microsoft to Deutsche Bank and ING.
