“Jim is an excellent manager who puts in his best efforts to always keep up in pace with the developments in the team and his domain. He is very down to earth and will come across as a friend rather than a manager. His background in Data Mining and developing software applications is very sound and makes careful and well thought decisions to guide the team. He gave me a lot of freedom and feedback which helped me improve a lot as a software engineer. I was really amazed at the effort he put before every one on one meeting with him to know exactly what I did and where I would need help/feedback before I could request him myself. Overall Jim is an excellent manager to work for you are guaranteed to have a constant learning environment under him.”
