Despite a healthy economy, the vacancy rate is set to rise, and rent growth is expected to be just 2.7%. This tempered performance is a result of record-high new unit supply and economic volatility. However, long-term prospects remain strong due to housing shortages, high for-sale housing costs, and favorable demographics. According to a recent article by Institutional Real Estate, Inc., the Manchester Office Agents Forum reported a significant surge in office take-up during Q3 2024, positioning the city for a strong year-end. Total take-up is expected to exceed 1.3 million square feet, placing Manchester as a key player in the UK’s regional office market.   At TriOffice, our strategy is built around acquiring prime office assets in highly sought-after micro-locations.
