Is WordPress too big to fail? WordPress is the most popular platform to build websites on. I'm sure many hundreds of thousands (millions?) of websites are built with its technology. The video below is an update on the continuing saga of the war between the President of WordPress and WPEngine. Most recently WordPress lost in legal action against WPEngine and was required to stop conducting many harassment campaigns against WPEngine. The bottom line, although the curfuffle grabs much attention in the web development world, WordPress will continue to be around and viable for a long time. Extra domain names? Multiple domain names can be a challenge for a business. What do you do with them? Business acquisitions, old domain ideas, spelling variations, you name it. You have a domain name for it. How do you point them to your main website? You’ve got a couple options: 🔀 Change the htaccess file on the web server 🔀 Redirect from your domain registrar 🔀 Use a CNAME entry in DNS (but not the best idea) How many domain names do you have? What are you doing with them?
