Slalom's 2025 strategy is: "To be the first in our industry to lead with bringing more and delivering outcomes as we work to become the world's most customer-obsessed and employee-empowered services company, and double Slalom to $5B by FY29." This year, I've been working to drive best practices in building Generative AI products for production at two of my favorite customers, a global airline and a major American retailer. We're going to be leaders in this space, helping customers to build secure customer-facing GenAI products and to test those products rigorously using automated end-to-end testing frameworks. We'll also be helping our customers to move beyond Q&A chatbots and build out event-driven use cases that are deeply integrated into existing business processes and applications, reducing toil and improving the experience for employees at our customers. I do this work because I believe that computers should work for people, not the other way around.
