This paper looks to investigate extant literature around the entrepreneurial marketing of high technology based small firms. It looks at literature on the following subjects: marketing, business to business marketing, high technology marketing and entrepreneurship. The literature highlights that there is not yet a link connecting entrepreneurial marketing, marketing in high technology based small firms and business-to-business marketing. This has enabled the researcher to create a conceptual model and to apply this as part of their case study based research to be conducted in a high technology based small firm in south Wales.
