Accuracy is everything. Had the pleasure of having one of the most easy, productive, and collaborative conversations with one of our industry’s brightest minds Steven Ko. From his chemical engineering background, to formerly the VP of Completions of EQT Corporation, to his current role at Rivitt(if you don’t know of Rivitt I suggest you spend some time and look into them; impressive stuff) Steven reminded me of something that the majority tend to forget. Which was a breath of fresh air in my opinion to hear. Without accuracy, and without the professionals in the engineering space that actually care about the accuracy of the data we are putting together. What are we really trying to accomplish? The reality is the paradigms has shifted. It used to be drilling the well was the most important aspect. But there is a stronger argument to be made on the fact it’s the completions processes that are the most important. From the Frac to the drillout. There is nothing more important than accuracy for the Frac in the formation. Yet how can we have accuracy when E&P’s have gotten accustomed to the status-quo of inaccurate information without pushing for better, more accurate, innovation? We talk about K factors, SOP’s, recalibrations of surface equipment and the list goes on. What those small changes can do for the accuracy and our industry as a whole. We have engineers in the labs spending thousands and thousands of man hours doing sampling to get the most accurate information possible. But is any of it being done in the field? Those of us who have spent extensive time in the field do know the answer. It’s disappointing. While the automated acid blending system dubbed #AcidCannon I designed, developed, and patented is just the start of what goals I have. I(along with Steven and several others I know) want to change the perspective that we have when we look at the completions “eco system”. Mine is just a small part of innovation. Upwards and onwards. But the start happens at the discussions/conversations that’s where we truly begin to make change happen.

Phillips 66 (PSX.N), beat quarterly profit estimates as strength in its chemicals and midstream segments helped the refiner more than offset a slump in refining margins from lackluster fuel demand. The company, which owns nearly 72,000 miles of U.S. pipeline systems, has moved more fuel this year than before as it expands its natural gas liquids market share. WELL is pleased to report an outstanding Q2-2024 with record-breaking results across multiple key metrics. The company achieved $243.1 million in quarterly revenue, marking a 42% increase from Q2-2023, driven by strategic acquisitions and strong organic growth of 21%. WELL's Adjusted EBITDA reached a record high of $30.9 million, reflecting an 11% increase compared to Q2-2023. The company is proud to have served 1.4 million patients in Q2-2024, a 38% increase compared to Q2-2023, representing 5.6 million patient visits on an annualized run-rate basis. Additionally, WELL's US digital revenues, attributable to Circle Medical and Wisp, grew organically by 40% to $56.3 million in Q2, with a significant improvement in Adjusted EBITDA, now at $3.5 million in adjusted EBITDA, an improvement of $5.3 million realizing investments made in the previous year. Looking forward, WELL is raising its guidance range for 2024 annual revenue to between $970 million and $990 million and maintaining Adjusted EBITDA guidance to be in the upper range of $125 million to $130 million despite higher costs due to our projection of significantly lower share issuances and stock-based incentives.
