It's essential to develop differentiated L&D programs that directly measure the precise impact. Too fee training programs do this today. This approach ensures that investments in employee development enable achieve of their goals effectively. The pivotal nature of the role also emphasizes the importance of investing in the right people at the right time to drive innovation, growth, and success. Some may argue it isn't fair and that we should give everyone an opportunity to learn and grow. That might be true, but companies with profit motives should strive for high return human capital investments and that cannot be done without being very focused on "the what" and "the who" that can have the biggest impact.
