We are Brooklyn Millwork, a custom cabinet-making shop, seeking a skilled Monday.com Integration Specialist to help us implement the platform to manage our daily operations. Responsibilities: - Set up Monday.com to manage projects with multiple sub-items, each representing a distinct task or phase. - Configure workflows to track both projects and sub-items as they move through the following stages: - Field Measurements - Shop Drawings Submittal and Approval - Sample Submittal and Approval - Material Procurement - Internal Engineering and Cut List Creation for CNC Processing, Edgebanding, Spray Painting, Assembly, Installation - Ensure the ability to track the status of each project and sub-item - Create a system that allows us to monitor the backlog at each production stage. - Fully integrate all processes with a calendar to manage deadlines, milestones, and scheduling, including for individual sub-items. - Automate notifications, task transitions, and calendar events for better workflow efficiency and team coordination. - Customize dashboards that display real-time project progress, backlog at each stage, and upcoming calendar events. - Integrate Monday.com with third-party tools (e.g., time tracking, inventory management) to streamline operations. - Provide training for our team to use the platform effectively, including the tracking of sub-items and calendar events. Key Deliverables: - A fully configured Monday.com workspace with projects and sub-items individually tracked through defined stages. - Automated workflows and calendar integration for tracking deadlines and scheduling sub-items. - Dashboards that offer visibility into the status of individual projects, sub-items, backlog at each stage, and key calendar dates. - Integration with relevant third-party tools. - Training for our team on how to effectively manage projects, sub-items, and deadlines within Monday.com. Requirements: - Proven experience setting up Monday.com, with a focus on tracking individual sub-items and integrating workflows with a calendar. - Expertise in automating task transitions and creating dashboards for real-time tracking. - Familiarity with manufacturing or construction workflows (custom cabinetry experience is a plus). - Strong communication skills for training and team support. - Ability to optimize and adapt the platform as our business evolves. Additional Information: - Our business requires detailed tracking of numerous sub-items within each project, and we need a system that offers visibility at both the project and sub-item levels while integrating with a calendar. - The ideal candidate will understand manufacturing workflows and help us implement a solution that streamlines production and scheduling.
