Applying Spiritual Intelligence in Daily Life - Creating a Personal Action Plan Executives who want to develop and apply Spiritual Intelligence (SI) in their daily lives can benefit from creating a personal action plan. This plan should be tailored to their Unique Goals, Values, and Lifestyle, and include practical steps for integrating SI practices into their daily routines. One key component of an SI action plan is setting aside dedicated time for practices such as Meditation, Prayer, or Reflection. Even just a few minutes a day can help executives cultivate greater Self-Awareness and Inner Peace.
