I am a semi-retired Flood Insurance Consultant that wants to help agents and companies increase their flood insurance policies and premiums in force, so I am very interested in flood insurance consulting opportunities. Climate change has made Flood Insurance more important than ever. I have told agents and producers for years that when it comes to flooding, it is not a question of if it will flood, but when it will flood. High risk flood areas are getting larger and low risk areas have a greater chance of flash flooding. 40% of all flood losses occur in low flood-risk areas and flooding occurs in every state in the U.S. I am enjoying my semi-retirement with my wife Ruthie and our Beagle Oliver in SW Arizona.
