I currently volunteer at the Domestic Violence Shelters by offering any possible help that is needed. Additionally, I volunteer at a Soup Kitchen to help feed the homeless and at an Organization packing food, to feed the Starving Children around the world.
During the Winter, I seek out places where our homeless population and I hand out gloves, scarves and other items to help keep these individuals warm. -

In the chapter, we propose that higher education institutions and OPM's need to approach the relationship as a strategic alliance rather than as a third-party arrangement. Throughout my career in higher education leadership, I’ve been committed to expanding support and advocating for adjunct faculty, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are addressed. My latest article, "From Margins to Mainstream: Elevating Adjunct Faculty for Academic Excellence," explores practical steps universities can take to better support adjuncts.
