I’m thrilled to share that Evisort has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Workday! We've worked closely with Workday over the years, with the company being a long-term customer. With their tremendous leadership in enterprise software, we’re excited to continue to build on our vision to bring AI to business documents. I want to thank our employees, customers, partners, and investors for believing in Evisort over all of these years. It’s great that after our 8 year journey, Evisort will be joining Workday, which is headquartered just 15 minutes from where I grew up. It just feels right, and we’re excited to keep innovating with Workday. When we started Evisort, we did not know for certain that AI was going to become one of the biggest technology developments of our lifetime. We did know that we did not like reading contracts and business documents. It has been the ride of my lifetime to see what we’ve been able to accomplish.
