In an effort for me to better understand the challenges CPGs and retailers face today, I wanted to better understand how to plan, implement, and measure the impact of digital strategies that are suited to today's customers and integrated with companies' traditional marketing and business goals.

    At KCL, we helped educate consumers how to save money with the Shopkick app helping drive app adoption, user retention and engagement. The program won an AVA Award in 2024 in the Social content category.
