🌟 Going BEYOND for Diversity in Dentistry 🌟 Diversity, equity, and inclusion are part of our sustainability program BEYOND. Dentsply Sirona's partnership with the National Dental Association, Inc. (NDA), led by our BOLD@DS employee resource group, is one effort to advance diversity in the dental profession and expand reach to underserved populations. A highlight of the year was celebrating 8 NDA dentists of color who completed our Speaker Development Program this October. They were given access to structured speaker training for all levels of experience, aimed at elevating their voices and enabling them to represent within the industry through speaking opportunities. Other milestones from 2024 include: 🎓 At this year's annual convention, we Sponsored two educational courses, including a President’s Fireside Chat led by Dr. Jason Ford focusing on Digital Dentistry and a continuing education course by Dr. Phillip Saddler focusing on practice expansion with Clear Aligner Therapy, 🦷 Expanding our presence at the 2024 NDA Convention with two exhibits showcasing DS Solution: DS Core, CEREC technologies, Suresmile and Byte clear aligners, as well as Implant systems. 🌎 Welcoming the NDAs president Nicole Cheek at DS World in Las Vegas, facilitating important equity discussions and expansion of our partnership. As the partnership with the NDA enters its third year, I’m excited to see the progress we made and continue to make.
