Future of AI in Enterprise I see a future where AI isn't just a tool but an integral part of the organization, influencing everything from strategic decisions to day-to-day operations. I believe we'll see a hybrid model emerging. Companies will combine proprietary, custom-built AI solutions with external AI services and open-source models. This allows them to leverage the latest AI advancements while developing specialized capabilities tailored to their unique needs. Another trend I'm watching is the democratization of AI within organizations. With low-code and no-code AI platforms, we'll see non-technical employees developing and deploying AI models. This could lead to an explosion of AI applications across all levels of the company. But here's the kicker: as AI becomes more pervasive, the ethical implications will become increasingly important. Companies will need robust governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI use. We might even see new roles like "AI ethicist" or "algorithmic risk manager" becoming common. Looking further ahead, I can imagine "enterprise digital twins"—comprehensive AI models of entire organizations used for simulation and strategic planning. AI will fundamentally reshape the nature of enterprise in the coming decades.

The Expectations About AI Advancing Corporate Capabilities Are Accelerating. If investors and reporters hear nothing about AI they will drop these company stocks like lead balloons. The more research I do the more I encounter walls of uncertainty and passive behavior from organizations. Some are moving forward. But I have news for you, what many call AI is a joke no more than spreadsheets with weak algorithms. Have we learned nothing from the introduction of the Internet, Ecommerce, Smartphones, Social Media and Digital Marketing? The risk is that startups with sophisticated AI capabilities like SHEIN and Amazon did are going to accelerate and leave many retailers behind. I love seeing honest interpretations of the current capital markets by those who have more experience than I do on the capital side. I’m blessed to have an experienced team with many avenues for both funding as well as exit to come but love how the suggestion here is on the key metrics. Good business has always been had timelsss metrics that remain the same and have ROI about them. When I observe many of the current titans they had long plays but the metrics were and are the same business wise. What are metrics you focus on in early stage that translate well into later stage?

Revenue Leaders Who Ignore AI & Automation Will Become Obsolete Here's an example of an outbound sequence built in just 1.5 hours: It could power the pipeline for a start up with the right involvement from senior leadership. In the video, I also demonstrate ineffective outreach methods, such as long-winded or fake congratulatory messages. The importance of a "human in the loop" is critical for your GTM strategy. For Sales Leaders with Outbound Teams, understanding these systems has never been more critical. The best Chief Revenue Officers will adopt this mindset to scale their teams effectively. Some steps need to be reviewed by your top leaders to ensure quality. As 🐶 Jacco van der Kooij at Winning By Design says, "Technology scales equally in both directions—failure and success." I love how Clay is becoming essential for GTM professionals, C-level execs, founders, and investors. Learning a lot from experts like Jesse Ouellette, 🧟‍♂️ Max Mitcham 🧟‍♂️, 🦾Eric Nowoslawski. Vaibhav Namburi and Clay's strong team of Experts. Example Workflow: Data: Use LeadMagic and other tools in the Clay ecosystem for accurate, cost-effective data + CRM integration + data enrichment. Hold vendors accountable for data quality. Avoid some of the challenges with lock-in data contracts. Execution: Use Smartlead (with LinkedIn and Accurate Phone Numbers) as the execution engine with Slack notifications and dialer integration for mobile numbers. An Omni-Channel approach which is focused on quality. Input: Sales Navigator search for Directors or VPs (Hiring Managers) in large companies with AI in their profile, in NA, and who have posted on LinkedIn in the last 90 days. Result: 1500 leads. AI: Create AI content for the 3rd email using Anthropic (or any provider). Human-in-the-loop is crucial for accuracy. Email Sequence: Build campaigns based on insights from 💜 Will Allred at Lavender 💜, with a personal touch. Trigger: Target those with open AI job postings. Relevancy: Summarize LinkedIn posts. This system runs seamlessly and is one of many templates we’ve built. It took just 1.5 hours from concept to campaign launch. I’ve been building more of these with startups and founders. The mindset journey is approaching an end for now - but not because there's nothing more to say. Working with corporations, non-profits, NGOs, governments, startups and everything in between - it's safe to say that the mindset we take on when collaborating with others is key to success and accomplishment. Play to your strengths, cultivate relationships with others who have strengths you don't and keep building that EQ. It has a huge impact on our overall trajectory. Equally though - it has a huge impact on whether working with our AI collaborators is a pleasure or a pain. :) Two more posts and we'll move on to some other really cool stuff - next comes a series of Prompt Libs.
