This is why I do the work I do. I have a passion for providing peace of mind.   My “consultative partnership” clients get “ad-hoc phone, email, and text support to discuss pressing issues” as part of their package. When something comes up and they aren’t quite sure what they need to be thinking and doing to best navigate their situation, they reach out. The info I send back is never “rocket surgery.”   They probably could have found it themselves, but when time is of the essence, emotions are high, and they’re “in it,” that seemingly simple task becomes hard. As an “outside partner,” I can quickly direct them to some things to think about and often offer a different perspective. I love that most of the time, it doesn’t take much to reduce stress and frustration. We can make a big impact with a little bit of reframing. We just often need a little help to find the thinking and approach that will help us feel calm, confident, and capable and make a positive impact on our situation.  Are you a business owner or executive leader looking for peace of mind? Let’s talk!
