Lad/D1 and D2 trifurcation critical occlusion. What did you do ? We performed predilatation with balloon angioplasty. Then, we implanted 3,5&18 DES to LAD. After POT(4@10 NC) and rewiring DEB (2,75&30) to D1 and D2. TAP stenting performed to D2 because of huge dissection. Finally, there is a dissection that not limited flow at D1 . This study demonstrates that CT-based micromotion analysis (CT-RSA) is comparable to marker-based RSA for measuring femoral head subsidence. Importantly, the intra- and interobserver reliability of CT-RSA was shown to be excellent, highlighting its assessor independence. I believe this marks a significant step forward in leveraging a less-invasive technique for precision in orthopedic diagnostics. As CT-RSA continues to evolve, it could potentially streamline workflows and reduce dependency on specialized setups, further benefiting both researchers, patients and clinicians.
