2. Understanding of legacy systems, including their architecture, functionalities, limitations< and challenges associated with them
3. Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, business requirements and transforming them into detailed technical requirements
4. Ability to map out current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design improved workflows that align with the transformation goals
5. Strong skills in managing and communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
6. Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases. Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile
7. Understanding modern technology solutions and architectures, enabling the analyst to propose viable technical solutions

2. Deep understanding of the specific industry (Contact center) in which the transformation is taking place, including industry trends, challenges and compliance requirements
3. Understanding of UX design principles to ensure the new systems are user friendly and meet the needs of end users
4. Ability to think strategically and align project goals with broader strategic transformation objectives
5. Ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions to complex problems during the transformation
