Meet Mr. Krunal Shah from #QTPL, who has led an incredible 12-year journey in the Repair and Re-Commerce industry. I’ve had the privilege of being connected with the QTPL group since 2019 through their startup #Mobex. As I now enter the 5th year of our strong association, it’s been an exciting and rewarding experience working with him & QTPL as a Technology and Digital Growth Consultant. Gladly stepping into this, I’ve witnessed firsthand how QTPL and its brands have transformed the Re-Commerce space. The journey with Mobex has been particularly inspiring. Starting with just five sales a day, we scaled the business to over 101 daily sales within a year's time, eventually achieving the status of No.1 seller on Amazon India. Our success is a testament to the strength of strategic planning, operational excellence, and the power of digital growth strategies. One of the key highlights during this period has been QTPL’s recent #fundraising success. The company raised $1 million (₹8.3 crore) in a pre-Series A round, which, combined with earlier investments, brings the total funding to $4.11 million. This capital will enable QTPL to expand into new categories in the Re-Commerce market, scale operations, and grow their geographical presence. As the company continues to evolve, it’s clear that they are not just scaling for growth but doing so with sustainability in mind. #Sustainability lies at the heart of QTPL’s mission. By refurbishing and renewing electronics, QTPL is directly contributing to reducing e-waste and promoting a circular economy. This business model not only conserves valuable resources but also minimizes carbon emissions by extending the lifecycle of devices and reducing the need for new production. The positive environmental impact of QTPL’s work is significant, particularly in a country like India, where 1.71 million metric tons of e-waste are generated annually. As part of our long-term strategy, we’ve also expanded into the home appliances market with a strategic tie-up with Tata Group (Croma Project). This move opens up new opportunities for growth, both in terms of market share and environmental impact, as we continue to focus on extending the lifespan of electronics and appliances through refurbishment. As a Tech, Growth and Digital Consultant has been a remarkable learning experience, allowing me to collaborate on forward-thinking initiatives that drive both business and environmental outcomes. Through QTPL’s commitment to sustainability, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for the importance of the circular economy-keeping products in use for as long as possible through refurbishment and repair, reducing waste, and conserving resources. I look forward to driving further innovation and growth. This journey with Krunal Shah and his dynamic team of 900+ experts has been really inspiring, and I’m excited for what the future holds for QTPL as we continue to lead in the #ReCommerce space while making a positive impact on the planet.

After strategically planning for nearly a month and blending creative ideas with foresight and brainstorming, the EatSure campaign resulted in a brilliant execution that seamlessly merged cultural relevance, customer engagement, and timely execution. By integrating Dahi Cheeni, a traditional Indian pre-task ritual, into their meal offerings during the India vs. Pakistan cricket match frenzy, EatSure tapped into deep cultural significance. This thoughtful gesture not only resonated emotionally but also positioned the brand as culturally attuned and approachable. By incorporating this in their meals, EatSure hit upon an ingrained cultural practice that made them more approachable and welcome. EatSure personalized its packaging by sticking special labels on all its deliveries. They also created an AR filter that allowed people to create their cheer for Team India. This interactive feature kept users engaged and took advantage of the hype surrounding the cricket match. The people were touched by eatSure’s thoughtful gesture, and this created a wave of positive sentiment and engagement. The timing of the campaign was exquisite as it coincided with great anticipation about the massive India vs Pakistan cricket moment. Eatsure was able to merge cultural relevance, customer engagements, and timely execution into this campaign that genuinely spoke to people. This marketing idea was brilliant and required great foresight and strategic planning. I believe in marketing that is thoughtful and culturally relevant enough to resonate with audiences and foster lasting relationships.
