One life of 100 years is simply not enough even if you isolate yourself like the ancient Rishis and try to understand the idea of infinity, cycle of creation, preservation and Destruction( Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh) Vishnu Purana talks of an infinite number of universes and each having it's own Brahma( creator) . Modern theories like Quantum physics and string theory are well established thoughts in the universe of spiritual consciousness. To pick and quantify a state of a particle or an electron or an energy aimed to give it a qubit , is the essence of quantum physics. Try to meditate as a physicist and understand the states of mesons or a microwave or any such intermediate particle or energy! You would appreciate the depth of time like Nano seconds and how you add a value to it. This video is a beautiful expression of how we must imbibe Vedas into our research curriculum. Only if u want to be a deep researcher! Recently GOI spent 750 million dollars plus to make research content of the best in the world to everyone in india free. 13000 plus research papers of modern scientific nature now would be available to every learner, university and libraries across the nation at zero to minimal cost. On crucible moments... Many of us, including myself, have experienced crucible moments in our lives. Crucible moments force us to summon superhuman emotional ❤️ and/or physical strength 💪 to overcome an often unexpected, and significant challenge. A friend, for example, dealt with a crucible moment when he lost his leg in a motorcycle accident a few months before his wedding. Another, the founder of a well-funded startup, lost >50% of his business when regulations changed without warning. I dealt with the unexpected and somewhat shocking loss of a parent in my teens. Yet, despite challenges of those moments, we all learned, recalibrated, got stronger, and thrived. That’s perhaps the hidden gem 💎 behind crucible moments – the adversity is followed by personal growth and resiliency 🚀 as an individual, leader, entrepreneur, etc.    Organizations 🏢 also face crucible moments all the time. Some have built and invested in culture, processes, and systems for dealing with such situations. They default to a “we got this” mindset regardless of how bleak the situation may seem at first. For them, extremely challenging times build and strengthen resiliency, reinforces purpose , and showcases the richness of talent, regardless of title, rank, etc. These are growth-focused companies 📈 . One always wants to earn a seat at places like this. What I admire most about crucible moments is that getting through them successfully tends to hinge more on character 🙋‍♂️ versus intellect 👨‍🎓 . Sure, you need people who know what to do, but you ultimately need people “that do”.  Those that are eager to lean in, to answer the phones, to do whatever it takes in the name of collective success. Moments like this make it easy to spot those that stand-up and step-up and those that stay seated and stay quiet. Optimize for the former. Crucible moments will forever exist, it's part of life, business, etc. Embrace them, learn from them, and breakthrough as it will be one of the most meaningful experiences you and/or your organization will go through.

A visionary is a person with wisdom to imagine the future! Someone who has an insight about current events, is able to draw a pattern, and finally imagine its reality with the society in future.
