Most Large scale Cannabis companies sell irradiated Cannabis ... Not a comfortable subject but it's true! When this business trend started I was concerned 😟 Now down the road I can testify I have used both... Before my recent harvest I was out of personal use Cannabis ... I had purchased Cannabis from dispensaries to get me through till harvest... My experience was telling... I was using a particular brand and know they use this method for mold prevention the radiation essential deems the mold inactive.... after use I had major anxiety 🙃... I tried again same results.... I purchased Cannabis I know doesn't under go this process and No anxiety issue ... I tried once again with the first company and totally different strains same results anxiety attack 🙃 I harvested my crop with multiple strains use with no Issue's whatsoever! My question is what are the long term effects of irradiated Cannabis? Also with a heavy metals content at low state passing levels but still present in most brands what does the irradiated treatment effect those heavy metals?

For all the stores that haven't been paying attention, and just dicking around playing the telephone game and not actually reading the terms of the fake THC emergency about what versions of industrial hemp products were included in that, and eligible for harassment, like the way they need to list the age accessibility in the stores for 21 and over, and the parameters of the guidelines for this fake emergency from Mr. Ban it Newsomestein, don't say that I didn't warn you. I have had so many staff members on the floor just spinning in different directions just repeating things "they've heard" or following unique versions of store guidelines handed down from it, that it is dizzying. And if you're trying to be compliant as a store, dizzying is dangerous, you should be crystal clear on where the guidelines start and stop. If you need it, I did a great video to try and summarize it for everyone, and even though it cost me some serious $$$ in consults, it's free for anyone who needs it. Also, can we just take a minute to look at this egregious overreach and violation of the Farm bill guidelines with an even greater question as to Why TF is the Alcohol Bureau deemed somehow an acceptable body to do any of these reviews, when it's products are direct competitors with any version of medical/recreational cannabis, and a pre-existing prejudice against industrial hemp as an agricultural sector for cannabidiol extracts from industrial hemp? Is this a joke? Maybe next we can just put some of the executives from Coca Cola in charge of monitoring Olipop or Poppi or Kombucha next. I mean... what could go wrong? There's no conflict of interest there right? Right? Part of this article is wrong regarding the 5 servings pertaining to industrial hemp, that actually only pertains to THC focused products, but the rest of it is pretty good. Mark my words, this will be used a a pretext to try and push GMO hemp crops modified to create no THC by multiple agencies in the guise of safety. Also, since when is it not the store or the parents fault if a kid accidently gets a drink or a product they should have been id'd for? And why is it not the stores fault for carrying it when it violated the farm bill in first place? This is such bull💩 If you're not mad, you're just not paying attention.

As the cannabis industry matures, we are starting to get reliable data. This can help make decisions based on real sales figures and not predictions. 10 years ago, there was only one state with adult use sales (#colorado) and a handful of states with medical seals. Now there is 24 sates with adult use sales and an additional 15 states with medical seals. At the moment #california leads with total seals but #michigan leads with per capita seals. #florida leads in medical seals. #missouri with a relatively small population and only 17 months since they launched their adult-use market, is already in fifth place. #HempIndustry #CBDIndustry #cannabinoid labs, you need to be talking to the Senate Agriculture Committee NOW so that naturally derived cannabinoids are not thrown in with #D8 bans. 1.Call them at 202-224-2035. 2. Ask to schedule a phone (or in person if you can) appointment with a Legislative Aid or Director. Do not let them pass you off on an intern! 3. Make sure your comments are professional, well organized, and fact based. 4. Include patient testimonies, with pictures, names and stories. 5. Have a single sheet of prepared statements, facts, and summarized patient stories, with a specific ask (eg. keep CBD legal), that you can give or email the staffer. 6. Get the staffer’s email address and stay in touch with that staffer. Send them new patient stories on a regular basis, and just keep the connection and your point alive in that staffer's mind. If you can’t get an appointment, ask for the name and email of the legislative aid assigned to hemp. Now call your Senator and Congressman’s office and ask to speak to their legislative aid in charge of agriculture, and do this entire process with them as well.

Hmmmmm...this Minnesota's approach to CannAbis Event Organizers application fee $750  initial license fee $750  Cannabis event organizers plan and host events featuring cannabis, and may allow for the sale of cannabis, cannabis products, and lower-potency hemp products to consumers at events like festivals (an event cannot last more than four days). They can also provide spaces for consumers to use cannabis. An event organizer must receive local approval, including obtaining any necessary permits or licenses issued by a local unit of government.
