Advantech is one to pay attention to. They do a lot more than people realize, esp in NA. They are 3BB+ full line automation company, not a bit player or just IPC maker. They have a software engineering team as big or bigger than certain automation companies and aren’t dealing with dragging a legacy forward. Their ifactory suite is full featured, priced right and iterating rapidly. Worth looking at… and for big comfortable types, worth watching over your shoulder… (And for existing customers, you probably have their stuff all over, just may not realize it. Have your purchasing guys call us, we have some bundling options that can probably save a lot…)
