  • WorldatWork Online Community

    In 2008, a cross-functional team conceptualized, created requirements for, and then built a fully-functioning proprietary online community, complete with discussion boards, recognition opportunities, private messaging and the ability to form sub-groups within the community. The WorldatWork "OC" launched in May 2009 and quickly grew to more than 31,000 members over the next four years.
