I’ve had it for years, since I began my career in sales/marketing, and I use it every single day at work. In a world where everything is digital and being automated by technology, writing in my Moleskin notebook keeps me centered and enhances my creativity. This notebook has shown me the benefits of writing things down versus typing them. I first got my Moleskin notebook in 2014. I noticed a stranger using it at a coffee shop and asked where they got it. The timing worked great, because it was almost the holidays and I added it to my stocking stuffer wish list. With the holiday season here, it’s no better time to get off your phone, laptop or device and start writing. ADWEEK: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹? My brain can sometimes be a messy place, so getting the chaos into black and white helps me organize, prioritize, action, and keep a historical log of progress over time. It’s helped me take action and it’s also a form of therapy. Writing is very therapeutic and at work when things can get very busy and hectic – writing has helped me calm my mind. I’ve tried to keep every Moleskin after it’s full and occasionally flip through pages to laugh at my former self. I’ve never personally used TikTok (I’m an old man at heart), but I love Moleskin so much that I’d volunteer myself to figure out how to make it go viral on TikTok.

🥝 🚶‍♂️ 💭 If you are waiting to see how your peers use ai... good luck catching up. Instead of: ➡️ chasing the latest prompts you see being shared ➡️ asking "what ai tools are you using?" It's time to focus on ✅ articulating your products/services ✅ articulating your ideal customer You have a new skill to acquire... Communicating with ai 🗣️ 🤖 The bots will take the information and collaborate with you. It's like stock trading or cycling... time in the seat is how you develop the skills you need. I'm seeing a more interest in the past month from people in the Memphis market. To those of you asking, I'll launch a newsletter later this week to keep you posted on meetups, talks I'm giving, and use cases I'm using myself. 📧

We've seen an uptick in RFPs regarding lapsed users/consumers where the goal is to recast the value equation to reignite engagement with the brand. And it has us wondering....is this a sign of the times?!?! Is this a symptom of consumers being squeezed for far too long by escalating prices, with more and more purchases being moved to the want (vs. need) category?
