As part of my MBA at the University of Oxford, I completed Skoll Academy at the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship. A pillar of the program was the 6-week Impact Strategy Consultancy with Big Society Capital. On a team of 4, I explored the potential for addressing Domestic Partner Violence in the UK through social investment models. As the team's gender expert, I leveraged a deep understanding of the behavioral patterns of abuse and of international best practice to identify opportunities for intervention to which investment models could be applied. This blog post, edited by Joanna Tam, summarizes our findings and recommendations.
