Those that modernise with purpose and clarity will lead the pack." The future is composable, with 60% of brands moving towards modular marketing technology / customer technology solutions. But here's the kicker – while AI dominates conversations, less than half (46%) of companies are meaningfully using it in their marketing. Why? Highly recommend this podcast about TV measurement by Marketing Architects with Jordan Rossler. Here are my key takeaways: ·        TV is still the best scale-up channel for most. But the impact takes time to build and measuring it is difficult. ·        Digital “steals” credit from TV, claiming outcomes that should be partially attributed to TV. ·        Combining TV and digital produces better results than using them separately. ·        TV produces impact at a micro-level – driving traffic to your site and stores, at a macro level – driving your brand awareness, increasing long-term customer value, click-through rates etc. ·        The impact is best measured through a combination of isolated testing, e.g., in a separate geography, with all other parameters stable, and modelling for ongoing tracking. I also couldn’t help but notice that the scenarios and metrics Jordan discussed were exactly the ones we cater for in InContekst: website traffic, purchase completions, sales, customer retention and long-term value – and how TV advertising improves them on the scale of days, weeks, and months.
