An absolute "must read" from some of the great minds in supply chain including my good friend Nick Vyas. Supply Chain resiliency, agility, and sustainability form a virtuous cycle. As regulations have progressed globally in support of sustainability goals, companies are finding that the visibility data they are gathering as required by governments is actually enhancing key operational performance in the area of resiliency and agility. Again, a must read.

Insights on what drives success in supply chain planning implementations. I caution that they are few and far between in large companies. Most of our "Best practices" focus on regional teams with tens of planners. These historic practices do not scale for the global multinational where corporate politics reigns. Accenture’s latest research reveals that companies with the most mature supply chain are 23% more profitable than their counterparts.
