Respect is a critical component of any relationship, including that with a customer or, in our case, our patients. I have witnessed how good things can go when we treat our patients with respect, and how bad things they can go when we do not. This presentation is meant to remind us that we became health care providers to take care of people and that taking a few moments to treat them with Respect can not only make their outcome better but also make you feel better at the end of the day.
