Listening to the voice of customer is always my favourite part of my job, especially those stories or anecdotes on their cloud journey. As a practitioner who works closely with power system and IT personnel, I totally agree with what Suresh Jatti and James Flatten said. Bridging business and technology is a collaborative process. You need to foster good communication and be patient, like adding fish to a fish tank, sometimes you have to go step by step in order to maintain the balance of the ecosystem.
