    Andrew was the County's project manager for the Community Services Department interior renovation project involving a full recycling and re-purposing of a 45-year-old outdated and inefficient office facility. The project created revitalized and functional interiors with energy efficient and green features for users within the shell of the original 1969 structure. Included 6+ zone true VRV system, open ceilings, and all new FF&E.
