- [Instructor] Our next piece, we're going to talk about quality management, control management, and security management, you know, from the level of governance. So as we produce products as part of our project management or program management, quality products are going to have to come from quality process, right? If you have a lousy process, you're not going to produce a quality product. So part of the quality management process is to make sure that we have repeatable, documented process. In addition to that, we're going to have to have measurements. Now, again, that really kind of depends on the type of product you're producing, but every product, or we could say a service or a result, is going to have objectives. So what we want to do is make sure that we're measuring to ensure that our product or result or service meets those objectives. Also, we want to make sure that our project management is on track, right, that we're on time, we're on budget, we're producing the right scope…
