- Let's go ahead and put this edit together. This is an abbreviated workflow with ScreenFlow. I'm not going to edit the full thing. I just want you to get familiar with the basics of the workflow. First step, I'll check my canvas size here. So I'll go to Document Settings and check my delivery. Right now it's set to 4K. I'm going to drop that down to 1080P, which is going to give me better quality and allow me some flexibility for zooming in and out. I could choose the image here. And from the video tab with one click, I could scale everything to fit. I'm going to do the same thing here on my video track, scale it up to fit. This makes it simple. Now, let's swap the order there. We'll put the talking head below the video track. Now, some people go with the picture-in-picture effect. I'm not a fan of that.
